One of the fun projects for the 2017/18 season has been the specials for Premier League Today where they look back at iconic games from the archives.
Games today are pulled apart and analysed from every angle, but that has not always been the case. With new technology and analysis techniques available, Premier League Today used all the tools available to look back and how a game was won and lost.
Media219 was asked to recreate the official match day programme that was sold in the ground on the day of the game, but add an image from the match itself.
The project was lots of fun trying to find the actual programmes from those iconic games and then recreating them bit by bit for the title sequence and plasma screen use.
